TROUBLESHOOTING

This video presentation should play error free in any browser. If you experience any problems with the playback it is usually a local issue with your browser, firewall or network connection.

Here are some suggestions for you to look at:

1. Do you have any anti-virus and/or firewall software(s) running on your computer? If so, could you temporarily disable them and try again?
2. It's also possible that a browser extension or add-on is interfering. If you're using any extensions or add-ons, please turn them off to see if that helps.
3. What browser and version are you using? Do you get the error if you use another browser?
4. One other thing that could be causing trouble is if you're accessing Vimeo from a network that is blocking us. If possible, please try accessing Vimeo from a different network. For example, if you're having trouble in an office, please try accessing Vimeo at home.​
