Welcome to the Ten Terrains™ of Consciousness. The Reed-Woolf Ten Terrains Model™, tenterrains.net, the Ten Terrains Learning Community™ and the Ten Terrains Resource Network™ (all hereinafter TTLCRN and/or 'we/us/our') are co-created by Allen David Reed and Tahnee Woolf (the Authors) in association with the philanthropic non-profit Society For Collective Awakening (S4CA) for the purposes of Self-learning, personal empowerment, expansion of Consciousness and global healing, for the highest good of all.
This Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement (TOU) (Agreement) governs your access to and use of the content, information, websites and applications (collectively TTLCRN) offered by the Authors and/or S4CA and your access to and use of TTLCRN is conditioned upon your acceptance of, compliance with, and agreeing to follow and be bound by the simple terms, conditions, and notices contained on this page. By signing and assenting to join the TTLCRN, you agree to these Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy herein in full.
Purpose Of This Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement
The TTLCRN is a private members-only association and is closed to the public. You understand and agree that by signing up to the Terrains Learning Community and Ten Terrains Resource Network (TTLCRN) you are entering into a private legal Agreement between S4CA and the Authors, and you (hereafter party/ies) for access to and use of the TTLCRN and its content as a private member of the TTLCRN. You further warrant that you are of legal age and legal capacity to bind into this Agreement.
By clicking 'Submit' using your first and last name as your signature, you expressly agree that all of the applications, concepts, content, ideas, information, materials, services and websites (the TTLCRN) provided to you shall remain private by you and you acknowledge they (the TTLCRN) shall remain the sole property of S4CA and/or the Authors, and is confidential between the Authors and you only.
This Agreement exists in its own dimension at the Unity-Based Terrain (Infinity) and is coming from Love. In addition, and above and beyond human laws, by joining the TTLCRN you are entering the laws of Infinite causality and are deemed to have agreed to the following:
Note About Children
You represent that you are over the age of thirteen (13) years old (or over the age of fourteen (14) years old if you live in Spain or South Korea)(the ‘Minimum Age’). If you are over the Minimum Age, but under the legal age of majority in your Country of Residence or region, your parent or legal guardian must consent to this Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement, and affirm that they accept this Agreement on behalf of, and bear all legal and financial responsibility and liability for the actions of, any child between the Minimum Age and majority, and expressly ratify and confirm any acts of any such child and all users of the TTLCRN.
Security
The Authors and S4CA are concerned about the security of personal information we have collected from you and have taken reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to that information. We have been very diligent about installing a security system that honors the privacy of any personal information you give us and prevents unauthorized access to that information.

The Authors and S4CA are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read the Privacy Policy section at the end of this page.
User Information
As part of the TTLCRN registration process, you will fill in certain information about yourself. The “Create Community” contribution/TTLCRN registration form may require you to give us personally identifiable information, which may include contact information (like your name and e-mail address) and unique identifiers. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. As this Agreement is solely between living parties, you are required on your contribution form to use your real, full legal name for your TTLCRN membership. By ticking the ‘I Accept And Agree To The Ten Terrains Of Consciousness Terms Of Use And Have Read The Privacy Policy’, you also are agreeing that S4CA and our other third party hosting and service providers may store information you provide as part of your TTLCRN use. We use your personal information from this TTLCRN form to send you announcements about the TTLCRN and other information as part of the content and educational materials you have licensed from S4CA.

By proceeding to enter the TTLCRN, complete the Reed-Woolf Terrain Analysis Quiz and/or access any other S4CA content or information, you are confirming that your Spirit is at least 70% in charge of your vehicle.
S4CA or the Authors of the TTLCRN cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and validity of the TTLCRN information and content and cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in it. Changes are periodically made to the TTLCRN and this TOU Agreement and may be made by the Authors at any time.
The Authors, S4CA or those associated with the TTLCRN do not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever caused in reliance upon any content or information in the TTLCRN.
Personal and Noncommercial Use

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of tenterrains.net, the TTLCRN or with any of these Terms Of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using tenterrains.net, the TTLCRN and all of S4CA and the Author’s Ten Terrains content.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Authors, Society for Collective Awakening and our subsidiaries and service providers and Beinghood Education Project, including all members, officers, directors, owners, agents, content and service providers, affiliates and licensors (collectively, the ‘S4CA Party/ies’) harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by you in any manner for, or arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, use of tenterrains.net, the TTLCRN or any follow-up information provided. The S4CA Party/ies reserve the right, at its(their) own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with the S4CA Party/ies defense of such claim.
General
This Terms Of Use (TOU) Agreement and any action related thereto shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence. Unless submitted to arbitration as set forth in the following paragraph, the parties irrevocably consent that all claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in connection with the TTLCRN or this Agreement will be brought solely in the courts located in Melbourne, Australia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TTLCRN or this Agreement.
For any claim (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) under these Terms Of Use where the total amount of the award sought is less than $10,000, the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. The party electing such arbitration shall initiate the arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The ADR provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online and/or be solely based on written submissions, as selected by the party initiating the arbitration; b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Use of the TTLCRN is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms Of Use, including this paragraph. If any part or any of the provisions of this Agreement is/are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provisions and all other parts and provisions shall remain and continue any termination of this Agreement in full force and effect, as well as any other provisions, which by their terms or sense are intended to survive. The failure of S4CA or the Authors to enforce any right or provision of these Terms Of Use will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you the user and the Authors and S4CA with respect to the TTLCRN and its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you the user and the Authors or S4CA with respect to the TTLCRN and tenterrains.net.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Authors, Society for Collective Awakening and our subsidiaries and service providers and Beinghood Education Project, including all members, officers, directors, owners, agents, content and service providers, affiliates and licensors (collectively, the ‘S4CA Party/ies’) harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by you in any manner for, or arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, use of tenterrains.net, the TTLCRN or any follow-up information provided. The S4CA Party/ies reserve the right, at its(their) own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with the S4CA Party/ies defense of such claim.
General
This Terms Of Use (TOU) Agreement and any action related thereto shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence. Unless submitted to arbitration as set forth in the following paragraph, the parties irrevocably consent that all claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in connection with the TTLCRN or this Agreement will be brought solely in the courts located in Melbourne, Australia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the TTLCRN or this Agreement.
For any claim (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) under these Terms Of Use where the total amount of the award sought is less than $10,000, the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. The party electing such arbitration shall initiate the arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The ADR provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online and/or be solely based on written submissions, as selected by the party initiating the arbitration; b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Use of the TTLCRN is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms Of Use, including this paragraph. If any part or any of the provisions of this Agreement is/are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provisions and all other parts and provisions shall remain and continue any termination of this Agreement in full force and effect, as well as any other provisions, which by their terms or sense are intended to survive. The failure of S4CA or the Authors to enforce any right or provision of these Terms Of Use will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you the user and the Authors and S4CA with respect to the TTLCRN and its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you the user and the Authors or S4CA with respect to the TTLCRN and tenterrains.net.
